Türkiye'nin en büyük termal tesisini hizmete açtık

YALOVA (AA) - Karaderili Şirketler Grubu tarafından 180 milyon dolarlık yatırımla Yalova'da hayata geçirilen 2 bin 200 yatak kapasiteli, 5 yıldızlı termal otel Terma City açıldı.


Cem Özer'in sunuculuğunda gerçekleşen açılış etkinliğinde konuşan Karaderili Şirketler Grubu Üst Yöneticisi (CEO) Tevfik Talas, İstanbul'un ön bahçesi Yalova'da Türkiye ve dünya termal turizminin lideri olmaya aday Terma City'nin getirdiği yeniliklerle bölge turizminin ve otellerinin de kalite çizgisini artıracağını söyledi.


Otelin, İstanbul'a en yakın termal su bölgesi olma özelliğini taşıyan Yalova'nın turizm kapasitesini üçe katlayacağını dile getiren Talas, şehre yatırım konusunda geç kalındığını, bölgenin gerek termal, gerekse yaz turizmi açısından yüksek potansiyele sahip olduğunu anlattı.


Talas, turistlerin geldiklerinde sadece otelde kalmadığını, Yalova ve yakın illeri de gezmek istediğini kaydederek, bu durumun Yalova bölgesi ve yakın şehirlerin ekonomisine katkı sağladığını bildirdi.


'Turistlerin, Yalova ve yakın şehirlerde yapacakları alışverişlerle bölge ekonomisine 20 milyon dolarlık gelir sağlayacağını düşünüyoruz.' diyen Talas, doğrudan Yalova'ya gelen turistler için de İstanbul, Bursa ve çevre bölgeleri kapsayacak şekilde paket turlar düzenlediklerini aktardı.


- '4 bin 500 yatağa ulaştık'


Tevfik Talas, şirketin kuruluş yolculuğunun 25 yıl önce başladığını belirterek, çeyrek asır önce başlayan hikayenin Terma City ile birlikte toplamda 4 bin 500 yatağa ulaştığını söyledi.


Talas, 'Terma City sadece Marmara'nın değil tüm Türkiye'nin en büyük termal tesisi olma özelliği taşıyor. Bugün Türkiye'nin en büyük termal tesisini açıyoruz.' dedi.


Yalova Terma City'nin hedef kitle olarak Orta Doğu'yu belirlese de ABD'den AB'ye ve Asya ülkelerine kadar geniş kapsamlı bir pazarlama faaliyetine giriştiğini dile getiren Talas, bu çabalarıyla dünyanın en kaliteli termal sularını kullanıma sunan tesislerini ve Türkiye'nin doğal hazinesini herkese tanıtmayı hedeflediklerini kaydetti. Talas, böylece hem kendilerinin hem de ülkenin kazanmasını amaçladıklarını vurgulayarak, şu ifadeleri kullandı:


'Sadece Orta Doğu ve Körfez bölgesinden değil dünyanın her yerinden müşteri bekliyoruz. Bu kapsamda küresel çapta etkin olan acentelerle anlaşmalar imzaladık. Otelin tanıtımı için Bağdat, Ürdün, Mısır, Tunus ve Moskova'da ofis açtık. Gelecek yıl da Tiflis, Bakü ve Tahran ofislerini açarak buralarda tanıtım ve satış faaliyetini gerçekleştireceğiz.'


Talas, proje kapsamında yerel ekonomiye katkı sunmayı da amaçladıklarını belirterek, şu anda bin 100 kişiyi istihdam ettiklerini, proje tamamlandığında 2 bin-2 bin 500 kişiye doğrudan istihdam sağlayacaklarını sözlerine ekledi.


- 'Termal City, Yalova'nın turizmdeki eksikliğini giderdi'


Yalova Vali Yardımcısı İrfan Demiröz ise tesisi Yalova'ya kazandıranlara teşekkür ederek, Termal City'nin şehrin bu alandaki eksikliğini kapattığını söyledi.


Yatırımcıların Termal City ile çok büyük bir işi başardıklarını, yapılamaz denileni yaptıklarını anlatan Demiröz, bunun çok büyük bir başarı olduğunu bildirdi.


Demiröz, 'Burası Yalova turizmindeki büyük bir konaklama eksikliğini giderecek. Yalova'ya gelen 400 bin turist sayısını turizmi çeşitlendirerek bir milyona çıkartırsak şehrimiz turizmde hak ettiği yeri görecektir. Buna inanıyoruz.' dedi.


- 'Tüm yatırımcıları Yalova'ya bekliyorum'


Yalova Belediye Başkanı Vefa Salman da Yalova'nın dünyanın en güzel ve değerli kentlerinden olduğunu belirterek, ancak burasının sektörel bir kimliği olmadığını söyledi.


Kentin İstanbul, Bursa ve Kocaeli gibi büyük şehirlerin arasında bulunduğunu, bu illere kısa sürede ulaşılabildiğini anlatan Salman, 'Yalova'nın yüzde 58'i orman. Termal, kaplıca, deniz, şelale ne derseniz var, böyle bir kent dünyada yok. Sabiha Gökçen'e burası 40 dakika.' diye konuştu.


Salman, Karaderili Şirketler Grubunca buraya bir de kongre merkezi yapılacağını kaydederek, 'Yalova'nın geleceği de sektör olarak burada yatıyor. Bu tesiste bin civarı gencimiz çalışıyor. İyi ki Karaderili Grup geldi, burada yatırım yaptı. Türkiye'deki bütün yatırımcıları buraya bekliyorum.' ifadelerini kullandı.


Tesisin hayata geçirildiği Termal ilçesinin belediye başkanı Sinan Acar da tesisi bölgeye kazandıranlara teşekkür etti.


Açılış kurdelesinin protokol davetlilerince kesildiği gecede, sanatçı Bülent Ersoy sahne aldı.


- 20 kralı aynı anda ağırlayabilecek termal otel


Karaderili Şirketler Grubu tarafından 180 milyon dolarlık yatırımla hayata geçirilen beş yıldızlı termal otel Terma City, 60 bin metrekare üzerine kurulu ve 840 odaya, 2 bin 200 yatak kapasitesine sahip.


Altı bin metrekare üzerine kurulu beş yıldızlı SPA'sı, özel olarak dizayn edilen bin metrekarelik başkanlık suiti ve 250 ile 500 metrekarelik büyüklüklere sahip 20 adet kral dairesinin bulunduğu tesis, bin kişinin aynı anda ağırlanabildiği havuz kenarı davet salonuna sahip.


Türkiye'de 20 kral daireli ve bin metrekarelik başkanlık suiti bulunan tek termal otel olma özelliği taşıyan Termal City'deki kral dairelerinin 16 adedi tek kat ve ortalama 250 metrekare, 4 adedi de dubleks 500 metrekare olarak planlandı.


Dairelerde, ebeveyn yatak odası, ebeveyn banyo, ikinci yatak odası ve banyosu bulunuyor. Salon büyüklüğü ise 130 metrekare olarak belirlendi. Salonlarda, şömine, bar, piyano, tamamı özel tasarım yemek ve oturma grupları bulunuyor.


Dubleks kral dairelerinde ise diğerlerine ek olarak sauna, hamam, çalışma odası, bakıcı odaları, mutfak, 200 metrekare salon yer alıyor.


Ebeveyn yatak odasında kumandalı döner yatak, masaj yatakları ve elektrikli kumanda ile karartılabilen camlar kullanılırken, kral dairelerinde birinci sınıf mermer ve özel tasarım seramikler tercih edildi.


- Ziyaretçiler için tüm ayrıntılar düşünüldü


Beş yıldızlı lüks termal turizm kompleksi 6 bin metrekare sağlık, SPA&kür merkezi, fizik-tedavi ve rehabilitasyon merkezi, açık-kapalı yüzme havuzları ve spor merkezlerinin yanı sıra ailelere özel havuzlar ve sosyal alanlar da barındırıyor.


Ziyaretçiler için her ayrıntının düşünüldüğü projede, 8 tane aile hamamı, bay-bayan ayrı hamamlar, cilt bakım odası, fitness, güzellik salonu, kapalı havuz, kese odası, plates studio, sauna, solaryum, on bir tane terapi odası, iki bayan terapi odası, termal sıcak su havuzu ve jakuzi, üç tane vip terapi salonu, vitamin bar da yer alıyor.


Proje, Selçuklu ve Osmanlı mimarisinden esinlenerek hayata geçirildi.


- 3 bin kişilik kongre salonu yapılacak


Grup tarafından Yalova'da iş dünyasının büyük ihtiyaç duyduğu kongre ve seminer alanları da hizmete sokulacak. 3 bin 500 metrekare alan üzerine, aynı anda 3 bin kişilik kongre ve toplantıların yapılabileceği salon yatırımı gerçekleştirilecek.


2020'nin son çeyreğinde hayata geçirilmesi planlanan salon, aynı zamanda dörde bölünüp daha küçük gruplara da hitap edebilecek. Bunun haricinde, 8 tane daha toplantı salonu yapılacak.
