Terma City aynı anda 19 kralı ağırlayabilecek

Karaderili Şirketler Grubu'ndan yapılan açıklamaya göre, grubun, 180 milyon dolarlık yatırım değeriyle 4 yıl önce başladığı Terma City Oteli, her biri 500 metrekarelik dubleks süitlerden oluşan kral daireleriyle misafirlerini ağırlamaya hazırlanıyor.


Aynı anda 19 devlet başkanı ya da kralın konaklayabileceği şekilde planlanan ve tamamlanması için gün sayan oteldeki kral dairelerinin her biri 1 milyon dolarlık harcamayla donatıldı.


İçinde piyanodan hamama, akıllı altyapıdan ofis hizmetlerine kadar her detayın düşünüldüğü odalar, şimdiden Türkiye’ye gelecek olan Körfez'deki kraliyet ailelerinin dikkatini çekti.


"Eksiliği görüp yatırım kararı aldık"

Karaderili Şirketler Grubu Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Orhan Karaderili, yıllar önce, Yalova’ya gelen zengin Arap turistlerin konaklamadan dönmek zorunda kaldıklarını gördüğünü belirterek, "Bir yatırımcı olarak Yalova’ya gelip de konaklamadan gitmeleri turizm sektörü adına beni utandırdı. Bu eksiliği gördükten sonra yatırım kararını aldık." ifadelerini kullandı.


Amaçlarının her şeyin en iyisini yapmak olduğunu dile getiren Karaderili, şu anda 180 milyon dolarlık yatırımın 10 milyon dolarlık kısmının kaldığını, eksiklikler tamamlandığında kısa sürede tam anlamıyla açılış yapacaklarını bildirdi.


Yatırımın gelişmesini bölgeye gelen turistlerin taleplerinin yönlendirdiğini aktaran Karaderili, "Her turistten aldığımız önerilerle projemizi büyüttük. Giderek daha lüks hale getirdik. 50 milyon dolarlık bütçe ile çıktığımız yatırım sürecinde bütçe 180 milyon dolara ulaştı." değerlendirmesinde bulundu.


Karaderili, yatırımın 2 bölümden oluştuğuna değinerek, bir bölümün apart şeklinde tapulu hisseli gayrimenkul, diğer bölümün de otel olarak inşa edildiği bilgisini verdi.


"Bölge ekonomisini canlandıracak"

Hisseli gayrimenkul bölümünün termal tesisleri ile birlikte şu anda faaliyette olduğunu anlatan Karaderili, doluluk oranlarının yüzde 100 olduğu bilgisini verdi.


Orhan Karaderili, 840 odası olan otelin şu anda 100 odasının hizmete açıldığını, kalan kısmının da odaların teşrifatları bittikçe hizmete alınacağını belirterek, şunları kaydetti:

"Tesisisin tamamının da bu yılın sonunda hizmete açılması planlanıyor. Tesis bittiğinde aynı anda 2 bin 200 kişi otelimizde konaklama yapabilecek. Bu rakam bütün bir yıl sonunda 70 bin kişiye ulaşacak. 2 bin 200 kişilik misafirimiz bölge ekonomisine de büyük katkı sağlayacak. Otelden yapacağımız turlarla bölgede esnaflar ziyaret edilecek ve alışverişler yapılacak. Bu da bölge ekonomisini canlandıracak."


"4 bin 500 kişilik kongre ve toplantı salonları var"

Karaderili, otelin hedef olarak turizme yöneldiğini, yaptıkları yatırımlarla iş dünyasının büyük ihtiyaç duyduğu kongre ve seminer alanlarını da hizmete sunacaklarını ifade etti.


İstanbul’a 1 saatlik mesafede bu kadar büyük bir termal otelin olmadığına işaret eden Karaderili, “Aynı anda 4-5 bin kişinin katıldığı seminerler başka ülkelere gidiyor. Biz bu yatırımla hem uluslararası hem de İstanbul’da seminer ve kongre yapmak isteyenlerin mekan sorununu çözüyoruz." yorumunu yaptı.


Aynı anda 4 bin 500 kişilik kongre ve toplantıların yapılabileceği salonlarının olduğunu belirten Karaderili, "İçerisinde çeviri odaları var. Bu salon aynı zamanda 4'e bölünüp daha küçük gruplara hitap edebilecek seviyelere gelebiliyor. Bunun haricinde, 6 tane daha toplantı salonumuz var." ifadelerini kullandı.


"20 milyon dolarlık gelir sağlayacak"

Orhan Karaderili, 20 yıldır sağlık turizmi alanında hizmet veren Karaderili Şirketler Grubu'nun sağlık turizminin yükselen yıldızı olan Türkiye'de‘termal turizm alanında en büyük yatırımı yapan şirketlerin başında geldiğini ifade etti.


Termal otellerin de "lüks tatil" sunabileceğini gösteren tesisler geliştirdiklerini belirten Karaderili, "Sağlık turizmi gelişme gösteriyor. Türkiye, termal sularıyla ünlü bir ülke. Biz bu termal sularla şifa bulurken verilen tesis hizmetini 'tatil' haline getirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Tesislerimizde sadece hastalığı olan tedavi olmaya gelmiyor, tatil ihtiyacı olanlar da kendilerini yenileyebiliyor." görüşlerini aktardı.


Karaderili, Terma City'nin İstanbul’a en yakın termal su bölgesi olma özelliğini taşıyan Yalova’nın turizm kapasitesini 3’e katlaması beklendiğini belirterek, şunları kaydetti:


"Yalova, yatırım yapılması konusunda çok geç kalınmış bir yer. Bölge gerek termal, gerekse yaz turizmi açısından yüksek potansiyele sahip. Turistler geldiklerinde sadece otelde kalmıyor. Yalova ve yakın illeri de gezmek istiyorlar. Bu durum Yalova bölgesi ve yakın şehirlerin ekonomisine de katkı sağlıyor. Turistlerin Yalova ve yakın şehirlerde yapacakları alışverişlerle bölge ekonomisine 20 milyon dolarlık gelir sağlayacağını düşünüyoruz. Doğrudan Yalova’ya gelen turistlerimiz de İstanbul’u da kapsayacak şekilde paket turlar düzenlemeyi planlıyoruz."


Orhan Karaderili, Yalova Terma City'nin hedef kitle olarak Orta Doğu’yu belirlese de ABD'den Avrupa Birliği (AB) ve Asya ülkelerine kadar geniş kapsamlı bir pazarlama faaliyetine giriştiklerini dile getirdi.


Küresel çapta etkin olan acentelerle anlaşmalar imzaladıklarını söyleten Karaderili, "Bu çabalarımızla dünyanın en kaliteli termal sularını kullanıma sunan tesisimizi ve Türkiye’nin doğal hazinesini herkese tanıtmayı hedefliyoruz. Bizim amacımız biz kazanırken ülkemizin de kazanması." yorumunu yaptı.
